COST TO YOU OWNERS: Rates are based on number of total units you have. Fees are automatically collected each month. We will send you a statement of fees collected at the time of money transfer to you. This can be sent in either email or paper copy. 1-5 Units: 15% of total rent collected 6-10 Units: 20% of total rent collected 11+ Units: 25% of total rent collected
